These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MicroSync Software and its services. By accessing or using MicroSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using MicroSync Software, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use MicroSync. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of MicroSync constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using MicroSync, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Organizations must ensure that the person accepting these Terms has authority to bind the organization.
MicroSync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
MicroSync is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Free trials do not automatically convert to paid plans unless you provide payment information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload to MicroSync (invoices, customer records, inventory, etc.). We use your data solely to provide the service and improve our platform.
Our IP: MicroSync Software, including all features, functionality, and intellectual property, is owned by MicroSync. You may not use our IP for any purpose beyond using the service.
MicroSync may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, analytics, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
AS-IS BASIS: MicroSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that MicroSync will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of MicroSync shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MicroSync Software from any claims arising from: (a) your use of MicroSync, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your data or content, or (d) your violation of any laws.
We may terminate your account if you:
Upon termination, your access to MicroSync will be revoked. You have 30 days to export your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore. You waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MicroSync regarding your use of the service. Any other agreements or understandings are superseded.
